Formerly known as B-Safe Ltd, BSMS Inc is an International Consultancy operating on a global basis. We are focused on improving organizational safety culture and optimizing business performance of multinational corporations or large national companies, using business psychology principles.

We engage in a range of activities from a risk management perspective. These include consulting, auditing, training, hazard analysis, risk assessments, root cause analysis, management development, designing and executing change management systems.

BSMS Inc conducts the majority of its work on client premises, wherever that may be. We have successfully served clients in the America's, Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. Our sensitivity to cultural diversity has led to major successes in sustainable injury reduction.

We are highly experienced in improving safety performance on plant shutdowns / turnarounds and large capital projects. Over the last two decades, our track record of success has been proven in many industries, particularly on large scale construction projects with third party nationals.

Our commitment to meeting the client's needs is second to none. BSMS gives each client a priority service by assigning a dedicated lead consultant who focuses solely on that project throughout its duration. 

The results of this dedication are apparent from recent results (2007) with a major client who achieved in excess of 40 million manhours worked with a Zero Lost-Time Incident Rate and only 3 First Aid injuries in the Middle East with over 5000 third-party nationals. In 2007, the client also achieved the lowest LTI rate and 3rd lowest Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) across its entire operations out of 36 companies contained in the worldwide OGP Report  (May, 2008).
