PEER™ Skills

PEER™ is a practical ‘one-day’ workshop that is both challenging and highly interactive. Rooted in a ‘results-based’ focus, each action-oriented, skill-building element is designed to help managers ‘Positively Engage Employee Risk’ (PEER™).

Using proven techniques, your people will learn how to apply the techniques exhibited by extraordinary business leaders to your company’s safety processes. They will benefit by learning tips and techniques that will increase their competence and confidence when influencing people's safety behavior in your organization.

The workshop includes 'field exercises' with individualized coaching from our consultants to reinforce the skills learned. Our consultants meet with your leadership teams on a regular basis (2-3 times a year) to reinforce and hone the leaders skill set.
